When the distance between the dust collector points is not large or the resistance between the parallel branches can be balanced, the number of dust collection points can be increased appropriately, but it should not exceed 10. The dust collector system with more dust suction points can be used to connect the support pipes of the dust remover with a large section collection tube in order to balance the resistance between the branches.
(3) in order to prevent precipitator dust from depositing in the pipe, the dust collecting duct should avoid the horizontal arrangement, especially the pipeline that conveyed the pulverized coal. The angle between the pipe and the horizontal plane of the dust collector is best not less than 55 degrees. The dust collector of the iron and steel plant can also be arranged horizontally when the pipe with the dust concentration small child 5g/m3 is no explosive and dangerous, and the flow velocity in the tube is greater than 18m/s. (4) in order to adjust the air volume of the dust collector and the needs of the inspection, the test holes should be reserved on the inlet and outlet pipes of the suction hood outlet, the dust remover and the fan. In order to reduce the influence of eddy current on the test results, the hole should be located in the straight pipe section of the airflow, so as to keep away from the elbows and three passes. The position of the test hole should not be opened above the air duct of the dust collector so as not to affect the result of the measurement. The dust collecting system of the bag dust collector in a large steel mill can set the instrument of on-line measurement of air volume, wind pressure, CO content analysis and temperature.
(5) the dust collector system with more dust suction points in the factory should be equipped with a manual plugged valve or a ventilated butterfly valve to adjust the air volume. The valve should be installed in a position that is easy to operate and is not easily dusty.
(6) in general, the exhaust pipe of the dust collecting system of the aluminum plant dust collector should be high out of the roof 0.5-1.5m. If the exhaust pipe will affect the surrounding buildings, it should also be properly increased depending on the specific conditions. In general, the outlet of the vertical air exhaust pipe in the open air should be added with rain proof cap so as not to enter the pipe. You can use the jet and can release pollution gas discharge at a higher position, the top hat undefended.
(7) when the plant bag dust collector pipeline is installed horizontally, the distance between the fixed parts (clamp, hanger, support and so on) should be determined according to the diameter of the dust collector pipe. When the dust collector pipe is installed vertically, the spacing of the fixed parts is not less than 4m. The pull rope and the hanger are not allowed to be directly fixed to the flange of the pipe.
(8) in the workshop layout, we should consider the production equipment and duster piping. We must have a global sense. We must not arrange the equipment first, and finally connect the dust collector pipeline.
(9) in the general layout of the workshop, the relationship between all the workshops should not only consider the problems of reasonable process flow, easy maintenance, and little crossing the road, but also make the dust collector air pipe short and the workshop as compact as possible. This can not only save the material used in the wind pipe, but also reduce the air flow resistance and reduce the power consumption. Because of the close distance of the aluminum plant workshop, it can also save the raw materials such as cable, water pipe and so on, and reduce the investment of the factory.
The installation and commissioning standard of dust remover in iron and steel plant:

3. The installation of bag type dust collector should be in accordance with the demarcation of JB/T8471.
The installation plan of the dust remover in the iron and steel plant:

5, the four angles of the shell of the electrostatic precipitator should be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance of the newly built electrostatic precipitator should be less than or that is 2 Omega.
6. The pressure relief device of the dust collector should ensure the pressure relief function. The air system should be sealed and the pneumatic components should be flexible and correct. The moving parts should be firmly installed and reliable.
7. After the installation of the dust removal project, the dust remover, the dust gas pipeline and the sundries inside the compressed air pipeline should be completely removed, and the inspection doors should be closed.
8. The installation requirements of the control cabinet / box are as follows:
A) the installation of the control cabinet / box should be vertical to the horizontal plane, and the inclination is less than 5%.
B) avoid strong power, magnetic field and violent vibration.
C) the control cabinet / box must be reliably grounded;
D) indoor installation should pay attention to the ventilation, heat dissipation, outdoor installation should be dustproof, rain, sunscreen and other measures.
9. Debugging of dust removal system
10, the dedusting system debugged the single machine test, and the three stages of the joint trial operation and the pilot operation of the process and equipment. The previous stage test train is qualified for the next stage test.
11, single machine test should solve the problems of steering, lubrication, temperature rise, vibration and so on. The continuous running time is not less than 2H. The test process of each equipment (device) should be recorded when a single machine is tested.
12. The combined test operation of the dusting system and the process equipment should be carried out after the system is all tested by a single machine, and the following is required.
A) before the trial operation, it is necessary to clean up the installation site, remove the sundries in the system, hang up the "warning sign" and do a good job of safety prevention.
B) the lubricating oil (fat) which is added by the moving parts is flexible;
C) confirm that the power supply, water supply and gas supply are normal, and the instrument is accurate.
D) the electrostatic precipitator should be first heated to all insulation materials to confirm the temperature control of its energy.
E) electric precipitator boost test should be performed JB6407 scale and installation instructions are provided, only when an electric field (or power) does not boost normal chaos after, can be another electric field (or power) of the step-up test, a time before the field should not be closed; all the electric boost after completion we should all start rapping device, playing device running in all vibration under the condition of two times the voltage and current of electric field should not change; record the pattern of field boost process can refer to appendix A, and according to the record of drawing V-A characteristic curve of archive boost;
F) to start each equipment in a manual and automatic way according to the starting order, and to overhaul the interlocking relationship of the system equipment.
G) the combined test operation time of the process equipment should be 4 ~ 8h.
13. The test operation of the bag type dust collector system should be carried out after the unloaded joint trial operation of the process equipment, which is required as follows:
A) the measures of water, electricity, gas, material transportation and safety inspection related to the dust removal system have been started and work well.
B) under the premise of greater than the rated air volume 80%, the continuous test time is above 72h.
C) observe and record the display data of each measuring instrument and the running status of each moving part, and all the technical indexes should meet the design requirements.
D) in the process of trial operation of the bag type dust collector for high temperature flue gas, the different temperature limits should be set up to verify the reliability of the automatic control system.
E) coke oven bag filter in the load operation, should first start the pre spraying system, so that the bag attached to the powder layer, and eliminate the accumulation of plane inside the casing;
14. The test operation of the ESP system should be carried out after the unloaded joint trial operation of the technology and equipment, which is required as follows:
A) it must be heated by the flue gas before putting into operation, so that the temperature of the shell and its internals is over 30 degrees above the dew point temperature of the flue gas or at least 8h.
B) after electric field power supply, it should be boosted by point by point until the highest working voltage and current can be reached.
15, the wet dust removal system should be carried out after the completion of the combined trial run of the process and equipment. The following requirements are as follows: drainage system piping and equipment are unimpeded and run normally.
